Free Speech Zones Are Unconstitutional

Freedom Dies with a Thousand Small Cuts

Greetings Patriots,

I recently attended the Manatee County Fair, eager to engage with voters and spread the message of freedom, liberty, and constitutional values. However, what I encountered there reminded me of the ongoing battle to protect our First Amendment rights. After four days of campaigning at the Fair, I was informed that I could only campaign within the designated “Free Speech Zone.” This restriction strikes at the very heart of our fundamental freedoms and principles that our great nation was founded upon.

The First Amendment of the United States Constitution enshrines the rights of freedom of speech, press, religion, assembly, and petition. It is a cornerstone of our constitutional republic, forged in the crucible of our nation’s birth and defended through the blood and sacrifice of countless patriots throughout our history.

Our Founding Fathers recognized that the ability to speak one’s mind, to challenge authority, and to peacefully assemble are essential components of a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

From the stirring words of Patrick Henry’s “Give me liberty or give me death” to the passionate debates of the Constitutional Convention, the spirit of free speech has been woven into the fabric of our national identity. It is a beacon of hope and a bulwark against tyranny. Yet, despite the protection afforded by the First Amendment, we find ourselves confronted with the insidious encroachment of so-called “free speech zones.”

These arbitrary boundaries seek to confine and control our right to express ourselves. Would-be tyrants are relegating dissent to the margins and stifling the voices of, We the People.

Make no mistake: free speech zones are an unconstitutional assault on our liberties. They represent a betrayal of the very principles upon which our nation was founded. We cannot tolerate such infringements on our fundamental rights.

We must stand in defense of the Constitution and reject the notion that our freedoms can be confined to designated areas or subject to the whims of bureaucrats and petty tyrants.

These petty tyrants chip away at our rights through legislative fiat and bureaucratic overreach. It is our duty to guard our freedoms and ensure they are preserved for future generations.

Freedom can get messy at times. We may encounter ideas that challenge our own beliefs and even stir up negative emotions. Yet, this chaos is far superior to the alternative of coerced conformity. It is essential to defend against any attempt to enforce a dystopian consensus. Regardless of whether we share the same viewpoints, we must all embrace the notion of agreeing to disagree and uphold each other’s right to free speech.

A way that you can help today is by printing out blank petitions to put my name on the ballot.  I need 5,362 petitions signed by March 25th to avoid paying a $10,000 fee.  You can find the petitions here:

Once you have the petitions signed, you can mail them or drop them off at our campaign office located at:

7900 40th Ave West, Bradenton, FL 34209

If you have any questions, you can contact our volunteer coordinator, Sam Kozinski at (941) 779-3345.

To everyone who has already participated and got us to 4,231 petitions already, THANK YOU!!! Let’s finish strong and continue this grassroots effort to give voters a true conservative representative voice for, We the People!
